Overview
Learn to explore, visualize, and analyze data using R and RStudio while examining real-world global health problems. You will study best practices in data wrangling, visualization, modeling, and statistical inference. You will also learn to communicate results in plain language that is accessible to non-experts and to distinguish strong evidence from weak or misleading evidence using statistical reasoning. Throughout the course, you will work on problems and case studies inspired by real-world questions and datasets. The course will focus on the R statistical computing language. No prior background in statistics or computing is necessary.
